I have finally seen two rose buds on my minature rose, I have never before been able to get anything to grow.  This poem made me think of it

How wonderful to read this! Awesome imagery, too! I took 4 roses bushes from the house I sold and brought them to my new one and they survived! I transplanted in 100 degree heat! My Shobana, I saw where you were up to the wee hours of the morning and then having to get to Mass! It is so difficult not to take every moment with your daughter and savor it at the risk of losing sleep! After Mass you can get caught up, hopefully! Love you! Shelly

Life is but a breath, even if you're a rose. Nice work!

God Bless!

...the rose...so much like a beautiful woman...beautiful in all of her stages of life...the beauty of the bud, pregnant with potential...the beauty in the unfolding, blossoming, maturing...spreading her fragrance for all to enjoy...the majestic beauty of the faded rose...the rose...so much like a beautiful woman...moon

Lovely Shobana ! I picked a rosebud the other day and have it in water on my desk.Today it is opening more and the fragrance is noticable. A pale pink fragile beauty  to enjoy.
