This is a lovely picture of the rains! Thanks for stopping by! Happy Pujas to you too--yes, Kolkata is the place to experience it! I'm visiting my son in Bangalore, and here it's quite different, and I haven't seen a "pandal" yet!

Kishore was a great singer and that song was a hit. The monsoons are a cause for joy in India. The poem reminds me of AAYA SAAWAN JHOOM KE!

Rain reminds me of
Shama hai suhana suhana, nashein mein jahaan hai, har dil mein dekho mohabbat jawaan hai. I love Kishore and rain too.
