I will probably do it again, my big problem now is doing the stairs with my back it is hard to do, but I am a determined person so I will do something

I don't believe in spending money on things you can do yourself, even if they are not perfect. Clean is clean, what else do you want? And $75 in your pocket is not to be sneered at.

Business isn't done like it used to be done! I don't think customer satisfaction is a priority! On the decision, it is what you need to do to have a clear conscience and I think you have done it! Some times nice just isn't worth the sacrifice when one is a victim of bait and switch! sam
