After reading it again, I notice that it is Him (not him) for which the writer is searching. He says search and you will find. Beautiful.

At least on the wooded trail, if he is not found, there are other benefits like the exercise of walking, breathing fresh air, the up-lift of spirits as one views the wonders of nature and senses the love of The Creator.
