I would write a letter post haste to the appropriate body and tell them
about the stray. That may well be where the fleas are coming from. It is not fair for you all to be so scared in your own home. I shall get on my broom and come and drop water bombs on your nasty next doors. Bright pink ones I think.

yes she has worn a collar for years, but for some reason this one is rubbing her, she is 13 years old so she is up there for a dog
