Amen! The airlines recently lost my son's bag; he was fretful for it would have been a grand to replace the items! It is a roulette of a sort, indeed! They did locate it! sam

A bit of humor might lighten the mood of a few passengers...
"The Friendly Skies" are long gone and we're left with grim suspicion, the gotcha food court on the "safe" side of security check-in, the sense of being herded, and the lack of real hospitality. Might as well take the train.
