As Kabu said, it's that gravity thing that first made me notice I wasn't 20, or 30, or 40 anymore. It's when I realized I look ridiculous in a tank top....

Re:
there is a big difference, not to brag, but I dont see that much difference as far as the way I look then and now, except for the obvious ageing but with her she isnt anything like she was as younger person

It does have a way of sneaking up on a person. It seems to me that a person must learn to be at peace with it. Look at Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane then and now. She was on TV a lot this weekend.

The first time I realised that I was getting older was at the age of 12 when I started having to pay full-price for my bus-ticket!

Joking apart I am enjoying life much more now than I did when I was younger. Although my hearing, eyesight and other things are not what they used to be there are other things that are better: greater self-confidence, less self-pity and thankfully no more PMT.
Life does not start at 60, but it does not stop either.

my boobs look good when I am wearing a bra, but it all dissappears without it

LOL It's the whole package in my case. I get out of the bed in the morning,
reach down to the ankles and pull it all back up. Gravity has caught up with me. Saggy baggyness caused by Gravity.

I do know what you mean. I think I was near 70 but then I became less able to do things I needed to do. Before I lost physical abilities I didn't think about it. Every age has its advantage and I just went with that.
