Outlaw "texting while driving" seems to be a no-brainer, but think again folks: there are drunk driving laws on the books, yet until a repeat offender plows into 5-school children and 2-wheel chair veterans, they go about their merry, drunk way for years. What people should ask is about "ENFORCEMENT" of laws, not just pass new ones so that elected officials can pat each other on the back.

Kids are doing it while driving. The bill may contain some other unnecessary restrictions.
