Lustorlove - There's nothing wrong with thinking that he has a crush on you. Most probably he does the way you mentioned and yes grown-ups to behave like a kid when they have crushes..lol. Best of luck and hope he asks you out!

I don't know what I would do with that. I was always reluctant to go out with those I worked or did business with. When things go sour and you may want them to soon, there is trouble where you least want it. But that makes for nice working relationships just having him be so friendly.
