Those quacks just confuse things. the Dow is a casino statistic and the jobless rate is real. By the way, the jobless rate is much higher than is reported!

I totally agree. Nobody in a shop helps you any more and most of them don´t even have a clue what is on sale in the shop they work in.

I suppose it’s a catch22 – employers are feeling the pinch and can’t employ more people but the consumer, as result, doesn’t get much in the way of customer service which could result in losing some business. Umm…
