Thanks for the notice. It is much deeper than I can accept the reason behind Prof. Gate's actions. His stature is in my opinion, diminished?

I am never sure how to interpret your response to my Post. Prof. Gates had the ultimate responsibility here. Any other characterization has no merit and corrupts the known issue of "Race Profiling"!

I just read this story and I was so confused why the professor lost it! It made no sense to me! He is obviously an intelligent man! I believe the officer was right in this instance as well! sam

I have to say........
that I agree with you on this......when you read the incident report and the witness comments, it definitely shows the Professor chose to "bring it on".
