Something that I forgot to mention.

  Corbin,

I assume that you also noticed what appears to be a "Deaths head" skull peering down on that peasant in the first picture. CREEPY, huh? I have felt a bit unnerved when I have looked up and saw a vulture circling overhead. If I saw something like THAT, I might have gotten religion! Nah, I might be momentarily shaken by such a spectacle, but would certainly come to my logical senses, when the image changed in another minute or so.

Infrared film photos

  Corbin,

Back in the 1970's, I also experimented with infrared film, and found many of the photos were stunning in their beauty and unexpected color shift. The most dramatic sunset shot I ever took, was of an unremarkable sunset, but when I got my photos back, the colors were absolutely breathtaking, especially the previously unseen reds and blues that the infrared film brought out! One thing that I found unsettling was the fact that most colors were nearly identical, but some colors were drastically changed. Most particularly lip color was changed to a vivid BLUE! Nowadays, one can see this, along with rainbow colored hair, etc. but back then, it was unique. Very beautiful pictures, my friend. It makes me want to go out and buy some more infrared film.
