                    A sushi joint just opened up at the corner.
                
                I used to think it was weird and risky to try to buy "fresh" seafood a thousand miles from a seacoast, but the Midwest is getting more diversified. The menu's no longer limited to batter dipped and deep fried catfish, hush puppies and slaw.

                The best Sushi place that I have been was in Baltimore, MD when I visited there.  I avoid the raw fish though.

                When I went to Korea they had Kim Bop, which has seaweed in it.  I didn't like it at first, but now I do.  I still don't like raw fish, but I might like another kind of sushi.
