Roosters are too cool! I have one across the street and he crows all the time! I feel like I am in the country although I live in the city! sam

I guess I couldn't kill him either...what am I saying anyway I've never
killed one in my life. He does sound very handsome. Yes put a nice nest for the hens to lay in. Their combs grow a little and get quite red when they are ready to lay. My son in Wagga has two hens and they lay in the same nest. First one and then the other.They are great fun.
