Corbin, why are you here?
I have actually been very respectful towards you in my comments here and what you are very openly showing right now is that you have no desire at all to have a mature and reasonable exchange of ideas. All you want is to tell those like me how wrong every thing about our lives are and basically mock us and put down anything we say. Then when we present provable facts that counter what you claim (Such as you claim that more Americans have died under Obama than under Bush, which was easy to disprove and yet you still have that statement in your comment and have presented nothing to defend your claim) you pull out this same load of BS that is just trying to get us to leave you alone so that you don't have to admit that your ideas might not be that well thought out.
It really is amazing at how little and next to no respect you show people, all the while demanding we show you full respect, while you put us down and insult us at every turn. You hate it to no end when we defend ourselves and our views. And it really seems to upset you more than anything when we are able to prove you wrong, which woudl be why my comments here are upsetting you so.
It is your kind of attitude that keeps on hurting what this site should be all about. I keep trying to have a mature exchange of ideas and you keep acting childish and getting upset if I wish to express my views on the issues.
So seriously, why are you here is you have no desire at all to have a true exchange of ideas? if all you want it to get people to tell you how great you conservative fundamentalists ideas are, go find a site of MACs and blog there. Put down liberal minded people ans any ideas you disagree with all you want there, where you won't have to worry abotu having those who disagree with you telling you when you are wrong or stating their own views that you might dislike. if you going to state your views here, then don't get upset when someone comes along and tells you they think you are wrong.

Corbin, should I sink to you level?
I would never act so childish and try to write off someone's views by saying they were suffering from 'Obama Derangement Syndrome', because that proves 100% NOTHING. And yet such a thing would be much more accurate in how you MACs are acting towards Obama than how those like me have acted towards Bush. If a picture is wroth a thousand words, then the words that picture is worth are worthless. You see I would rather actually have a true exchange of ideas and have each side provide their evidence that defends their views rather than try to write someone’s ideas off in such a childish way, that is really insulting and shows you have no respect for ideas that are not telling you how great and perfect everything you say and believe is.
If you believe my comment here was just opinion, please show me where I am not being accurate. I very much know the difference between facts and opinions and I never said all of that comment (Or any of my comments or posts for that matter) as being pure fact. But if you want to say I am wrong in my views, show me where I am wrong for once. Putting up some idiotic picture that is clearly nothing more than a childish attempt to not have to actually provide any evidence to back up your views is rather sad and proves nothing at all.

The Afghanistan problem is Bush's doing.
instead of concentrating effort there, he invaded Iraq.
Meanwhile Afghnistan was a country were U.S. & NATO forces controlled less than 30% of the country and our own military said that 70% was too dangerous for foreigners to be in.
Instead of capturing Osama bin Laden, Bush captured Saddam Hussein.
Now we have to make up for all of this.
Unless of course you don't think U.S. & NATO forces should be there but withdraw and leave the country to the Taliban and Osama bin Laden, in which case the U.S. invasion should never have occurred in the first place and was a massive exercise in futility and senseless loss of life (according to you?).

Re: Corbin, what a witty reply
I corrected where I had erroneously typed Iraq instead of Afghanistan.....the rest of your rambling rant was just your opinion, just like your Dad, you think your opinion is fact, but it's not........it's OPINION! An opinion that is very representative of people still suffering from Bush Derangement Syndrome....ergo, the picture......(a picture is worth a thousand words).
Now go post something with my name in it...but remember it will cost you $.25........USE OF MY BLOGIT NAME

Corbin, what a witty reply
And you are calling liberal hypocrites...
If that is all you got, an over used pic that is nothing more than a childish way to try and avoid having to admit that your ideas are not very well thought out, then you have already shown how weak your stance really is.
Is there are evidence you can find that says that anything I said in my comment was wrong? Could you actually try to have a real exchange of ideas here and present something to defend your views for once? I presented my case here clearly, showing you the available facts and stating what my views on this are, which shows you were mistaken in your post.
I felt my comment was very respectful and I had hoped you would reply by showing equal respect back and following the basic ideas of debate. Seriously, are you just unable to do this? if you do not like the idea of having an open exchange of ideas then why are you here?

Corbin, where are you getting your numbers from?
Looking at this graph
here, during Bush's time in office there were many months with over 100 US casualties in Iraq. So far we have had fewer average monthly Casualties in 2009 than any other year. So no, there are NOT more soldiers dying under Obama than under Bush. I have no idea where you are getting that from.
Although you might be getting Iraq and Afghanistan confused.
Afghanistan had been less deadly for US troops, but there are many reasons for this. When we first got there we were NOT invading a country for no good reason, unlike what happened in Iraq. So the average person was not attacking us out of fear of us taking over. But we also knwo that they are now feeling that way and are becoming aggressive. If Bush would have done the job right and finished up with Afghanistan when he had the chance we would not be having these problems. But he did no listen to his military advisers, who were all ready to actually capture Bin Laden and take out the Al Quida and the Taliban. Instead bush told them to stop what they were doing and start focusing on Iraq.
It is sad that due to the great mess Bush made of the Middle East, it is not as easy as it should be to get us out of there. And Obama never promised that we would be out of Iraq over night. He did say that it would take time. So far he has done a much better job of handling the Middle East than Bush did as far as I am concerned.

Good show. Keep putting it our there like it is. We now have the largest group of liars, in one place, I believe in history. The only thing surpassing their lying is their ignorance of history and business. They could not manage a single farm chicken coop.
