I read the conclusions at the beginning.
Odd that Greenland's ice is still melting.

Odd that over the past 10 years, Arctic ice has been decreasing.  Later this year, we should see if that ice continues to decrease.

The report states that the economic slowdown is resulting in decreased GHG's.  I have to read further to see if there are measurements to back this up.

Various groups of people keep trying to refute the fact that temperatures are warmer (I have shown this several times), and yet, every time I check NASA and the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA), the facts and figures are still there:  temperatures rising, Arctic ice decreasing, droughts, wildfires, ruined crops, temperatures at near-record high levels, increased tornado and hurricane activity.  I haven't seen anything different.

You want to see if this report might be true in some of the opening statements, checkout NASA and NOAA.  If their data agrees with those statements, then we would all maybe breathe a sigh of relief.  However . . . if the data still shows us that temperatures are rising, ice is melitng, droughts and near record temperatures still plague West Texas and the Four Corners area, then I will believe that data over any statement.  Because the statement is not backed up by the data -- the cold, hard facts.
