but I don't understand this about giving the highest position. I think it
is in coming triumphant through a trial that an exalted position can be obtained.

There is power in his name when voiced in praise or supplication.
It is sad to find people wasting the power in His name by using it in verbal abuse, anger, or even just for emphasis.
