SANP In the sixties the film spoofed The Russians are Coming the Russians are Coming. Perhaps Vice President Biden’s today’s comic actor Alan Arkin but it’s The Arabs are Coming the Arabs are Coming. Granted prophesy failed seriously once on our own shore. However foreign policy should be kept in perspective. The U.N. claims that peace comes through understanding not nukes. Could any country trust a global burial of nukes but would it be safe
