I love my family and often this becomes a distraction. I think Roddick deserved to win- he played a great game and even the champion had problems tackling his serves.

It was a great match! I was so on edge the final set! When he got into trouble early I was so nervous for him! But the champ is awesome! It was wonderful to see Tiger Woods pull it out on the 16th, too! So I broke even so to speak! I am very proud of for putting family first! You won't regret it, the time goes so quickly that it isn't worth losing a precious second with them! Amazing how easy it is to ride ten miles even though it sounds like a lot! Good for you! sam

It is very obvious to your readers that your passion is your family
we are constantly told we must 'follow our passion'; as this is what you are doing my friend your book has to take 2nd place but it is a certainty that you will get there when you are ready! Many blessings and thanks

Family and relationships should come first; the book will look after itself! Thanks for your kind comment on my post. Have a good week! Nita.

yes but I have these sneeky feeling that you are happier than that all
time champion. To have to cry so much if you either win or lose means you don't have much beside your tennis. I suspect I won't ever finish any of my first draft novels but Wiley and I just have so much fun we have tospend time together as much as possible.

Your family is very lucky to have such a single-minded husband and father. With all you do for them no wonder you have to put your book on hold. Thank you for leaving your comment in my blog earlier today. I think you are an admirable person.

Good for you to have those moments with your family. I would ideally like to write a lot too but not the expense of other activities and other people.
