I've heard that too about the exercise. Went to the fireworks with my other girlfriend last night. (You don't expect me to confine myself to just one do you?:)

You should go out and do something you would enjoy doing, just for you.
I hope you are sleeping better now. A doctor had told my son exercising before sleeping helps. Just a suggestion.
