I've heard it helps to write down or take a picture of everything you eat. I read somewhere that that is the number one factor when comparing different methods of weight loss. Apparently it made a huge difference in whether people stick to their diets or not-I guess if they have to write about it or look at it, they are much less likely to binge. That could be a cool blog idea if you took pics of your healthy spicy food and then let us know how much weight you were loosing.
