If Muslims were as you say they are -- puting infidels to death . . .
you wouldn't have a single non-muslim in Arabl territory.
There wouldn't be a Church of the Holy Sepulcher or Church of the Nativity or Christians trodding the Via Dolorosa every Good Friday for centuries or Jews enjoying priveleged positon in Moorish Spain (where Christians taking over initiated the Spanish Inquisition) or Jews in the Holy Land for centuries (Jews have historically fared much better under Muslim rule than Christian). These things alone make your statements false.

Unless you wish to ignore not only the history of Christianity, but present religious ideas that are very much active in this country. If you believe this, you clearly have no grasp at all about human nature.
Or maybe you are trying to claim that it is 'poppycock' that the Bible says what it says about destroying non-believers:

Or maybe you are challenging my own personal experiences where I have had Christians threaten my physically for the sole reason that I do not believe in God. And that I have never had a Muslim treat me in such a manner. Now these experience of mine are areas that I cannot provide evidence of, since it is personal experience.
Or maybe you saying 'poppycock' to me saying 'Corbin you are correct', since that is actually how your comments reads due to how you replied. If you wish tot claim that you being correct is 'poppycock' I shall let that one go and let you call everything you say 'poppycock' if you so desire. It would be the most truthful I have ever seen you here on Blogit.

There are many Christians out there who would kill me in a heartbeat if they got the chance, and yet I will keep on defending them as much as I defend any other religion out there, including Islam. I do not defend one group over the other, since they both are equally dangerous in general, yet I openly defend the ideas of freedom of religion and refuse to become a bigot. The thing is that here on US soil, I and my family are in more danger of being directly effected by the actions of Christian Extremists than Muslims. I have never had a Muslim threaten me, yet I have on several occasion had Christians threat violence against me because of my beliefs.
Make no mistake, if Christians got their way and turned this great country into a Theocracy and got the laws to be based off of what the Bible says, non-believers such as myself WOULD be killed in the streets by Christians and be defended by the laws. The Bible not only defends such action, but encourages it.
As for you misinformation here, the Christian extremists are for more than 'dozens' and the true Islamic extremists are not truly in the 'millions'. I do not for one moment believe you to be ignorant enough to believe such a thing.

BTW......Haven't heard of any stonings or beheadings going on by Christians lately.....have you? I love that you and Poppa love to defend a religion that would be happy to kill you in a heartbeat........Yeah, I know, that's just propaganda.....ROTFLMAO!

I know of no one at all who has said such a thing, other than maybe Muslims who are basically just showing how Christian like they really are.. Now I and other have said that Christianity is no better than Islam, but that is not saying it is worse. Now Christianity is causing more problem here in the USA than Islam, but that is becuase Christianity has too much power.
The incident of thsi post is inexcusable and there is no defense for the actions taken by that small group of Muslims.
Now contrary to
Nautikos' statement, there is a lot in the Christian Bible that can be used to justify the actions taken by groups such as The Army of God as they kill people in the name of their God.

Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood.
Do I need to find more such passages? The extremist Muslims are no different than the extremist Christians. Neither group is right in their actions or justifiable in them, but at the same time neither group truly represents a majority of those who follow the same general beliefs, making it unfair to judge the whole of those faiths by the actions of these extremists.

Appalling, but not surprising. And what people like Xenon just don't understand, either because they haven't taken the trouble to educate themselves, or simply because they don't want to understand for all kinds of reasons - there is nothing in Christianity that condones the killing of that doctor; but there is a lot in Islam that condones the killing of an infidel...
That's why Corbin is correct, Xenon, and your comment is off the mark...
