You have a nice conversational style of writing, that makes one feel as though you are speaking on the phone or across the coffee table from the reader, who has been a friend for years. I am also hitting one of life's rocky spots in the road, frustrating, but not overwhelming, at this point. I guess a better description would be "Busy, challenging, and worrysome." Everyone has these kind of reminders that life isn't smooth or easy for anybody, regardless of how idyllic other people's lives may appear to an observer. If we hang in there and endure, we can deeply appreciate the simple pleasures of a magnificent sunset, a previously overlooked flower and the adoration of a pet or lifelong friend. This beauty and reward for patience and caring about other sentient beings, adds richness to one's life. Keep writing, and we'll happily read what you write so well.

I can imagine how difficult it is to be without the dogs! My one never knows the twists and turns of life! I hope you can get our laptop soon! It will make things easier!
