Maybe the grass there, really is high quality, well worth smoking! If the defendant indeed is responsible, the legal term is, "An attractive nuisance," like an uncovered swimming pool. If he isn't the guilty party, as he asserts, what happened to all of it? Was this a frame-up, after a failed attempt at entrapment, public service, a blow by a citizen vigilante, in support of the war on drugs? You decide! Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I rest my case!
