Absolutely brilliant
to hear that the PC mafia don't always win. I was really pleased because it's bothered me ever since you posted about it. Please pass on our best wishes and hope the pain passes quickly.

I still call it expelled.

Wonderful!  So sad she had to go through all that.  Everytime something like that happens my mind goes to my DIL who is a wonderful teacher of middle school children and I'm so thankful that she hasn't had any problems like that in her nine years of teaching.  May she never run into a youngster like that.

we all hope that the real winner will be come out in the end, looks like it did in this case, but some are not always so lucky

Thanks for the reply on my blog!

As a future teacher this really stuck out for me. I'm glad you're friend is clear of whatever accusation was being brought forth. This story also reassures me that just because a student "says so" doesn't mean that the teacher is automatically burned at the stake.

Rocking
The accusations were unconscionable and I’m glad H. has been cleared.  Expelling the culprit seems the logical route to go yet I wonder if this teaches him any meaningful “lesson”.

That's really good news! Glad to hear that the pupil in question is going to be expelled - let us call a spade a spade - and I hope that they will refer him to a psychologist so he can get the necessary guidance. All the best!
