Maybe it would help for you to research where these superstitions came
from so you can realize their silliness. I did that a long time ago to help someone else who was superstitious. My mom was very superstitious and as a result, I spent many years trying to show her how there was nothing wrong with walking under a ladder, cracks on a sidewalk and so forth. I own a black cat and she is truly the sweetest cat ever. May you make this your own LUCKY day!
