Oh, and of course, on the way back, with the wind on our ..well...back..the trip is way faster! About 24 hours!

Ya this trip is a bit longer than usual. Usually it take about 26 hours with the stops, but this time, somehow, we have 4 hours waiting in Vancouver before taking the plane to Sydney and then another 3 to take the plane to Brisbane. So, if you remove this two long waits (4 hours and 3) then the flight time itself ain't that bad: about 22 hours. Of course, if you stay in Sydney, then you can also remove the 1 hour flight btw it and Brisbane. In brief, one way or another (passing through LA or Hawaii or Tokyo or Cairns or whatever....) it is NEVER FAST ENOUGH! LOL

Studio Beto-Ven? Is that a play on Beethoven? Because old B. had quite a mane too, LOL! And why does it take 29 hours to get to Australia? The old windjammers were almost faster than that...

I did not realize that it took that long to get to Australia! It made me think of Kabu since she is there now! The cost for the flight has to be enormous! Still, I am happy we are going to Australia, together! lol I can't wait to see where we will be riding bikes! sam
