We used to have self-healing electronics--
a tv that went wonky for a while, then returned to proper operation... other things, too.  Maybe things get tired of being broken, like people do.

I see this a lot
in my role as IT Help Desk, never under-estimate the power of gremlins - or to be more accurate the perversity man has built in to his more complex gadgetry

Or perhaps our common enemy is at work and maybe trying to discourage a drive to the cathedral.  Who knows?  The good thing is they worked when you really needed them to. :)

It's a dormouse, lol! It so figures that it would start working for you! Powerful Eucharist, indeed! I was an extra ordinary minister for the Eucharist at one time; I only came away tipsy having to finish the wine in the chalice! lol I hope yours was more! sam
