keke Yeah, I know that the kid who hit me was lucky that I took the auto body repair bait. We shall see -- the door ain't fixed YET. The thing that worries me now is a strange new squeak that the car makes when I drive ........... not too comforting. I think that the car frame itself took a pretty good hit. *SIGH* But yah -- I'm grateful that no one was hurt and I *think* that I'll get the door replaced (it's beyond repair -- it was totaled).

After all, with all the bad luck that's been following you around, things are eventually going to even out!!
By the way, that boy who hit you owes you a huge "thank you". He wasn't looking out for you; he was looking out for himself. He didn't want his insurance rate to go up. ., orrrrrrrrr. . ., maybe he didn't have insurance at all.
I guess if you get your car repaired. ., that's all that really matters.
