                Your right in the natural history parts BC-A but these conditions were lacking the vast increase in population. The redistribution of water in it's natural flow or the private ownership of water. And Water is our most valuable resource, rising even above oil.

Certainly there are areas with a natural history of drought, dryness, and water conditions the deserts notwithstanding love. Science needs to be applied to studies of conservation increasingly without loosing faith in the mood of the great frontier that led to this country. BCA, Bill*s Roost
