Re: Great yes and in this age of information Highways
Norwood - yes that's really the key, knowing where to look and I might add; where to begin. For me the beginning was this site. Being on the old membership plan, my set up here on Blogit is a little different than newer members, in that I'm able to access my blog source code.
Once I first accessed it and had no idea what I was looking at, one tutorial led to the next which eventually led to knowing how the site itself works and then on to more things from there.
Thanx for stopping in

Re: Did you go to school to learn all of this stuff? lol
shelly_b - the truth of the matter is that I was nearly computer illiterate when I first arrived on Blogit. I remember having trouble the first day here figuring out how the site worked, it even took me awhile to figure out how to respond to comments.
I've never spent a minute in any type of computer class but instead utilized online tutorials and a lot of trial and error. With a bit of confidence I can say that my computer literacy is above average now, which I accredit to this site and eBay. The point I'm trying to convey is that we live in an age where all of this information is at our fingertips on the internet.

vogue - thank you but that isn't really true
Those who write real software would cackle with laughter at some of the things I come up with and the way I approach things. Such is the reality of being self taught, there are gaping holes in my knowledge and I can't seem to leave my "king of junk" mentality behind.
