Re: Re:
Really......It wasn't a "bother". I often post lengthy comments. It shows that I've given one's post all my attention. Nothing worse then someone leaving a or a as a comment.

Hi Corbin, thanks for the info.  For someone not around very much, antics such as these don't exactly make a person think very highly of the business or its clientele.

Re:
Blogit shouldn't have control over your words, but you should have control of yourself to follow the rules of the site.  That being said, I wish you luck.  Whether I agree with you or not shouldn't matter enough to you to bother posting such a lengthy objection to my opinion (to which I am as entitled as you are to yours).

Thanks for weighing in on this issue. After giving your comment much consideration, I have a comment about the last sentence of this post.

"ZenMom posted vulgar, insulting, childish comments that violated Blogit policy.  If you break the rules, you suffer a consequence.  End of story.  The rest of you, get lives."

Vulgar? Because I used curse words? Insulting? You must admit, insults fly around blogit on a daily basis. Childish? This is such an subjective adjectives. What YOU consider childish (or vulgar and insulting for that matter) will differ from person to person.

I for one, consider everything written by a certain blogger "vulgar, insulting and childish (I would add ignorant) to this list. But, I have never waged a complaint.

My point is.........is it REALLY necessary for blogit employees to have CONTROL over our words? Again, other than threats leveled against any blogger, couldn't WE figure out ON OUR OWN how best to manage our cyber-relationships?

(When my kids were little, if they got into a "battle" w/ other children, I would not intervene unless I saw one of the kids going for a bat. I would watch as other Mothers ran to defend their little Johnny or Jessica. My approach always seemed to work well. And, I certainly wouldn't allow them to manipulate me into figuring out their relationships. This is just part of life. Even now, as young adults, when either of my sons complain to me about the "wickedness" of the world.......I'm not kidding..........I tell them to "grow a sack". My boys laugh, but they understand EXACTLY what I mean. Life is tough." I don't seem to have this problem w/ my daughter. Her communication skills (as w/ most females) are somewhat more evolved than my sons. She knows how to work things out. And, she better if she's going to be a wife, Mother and attorney. ZM

And in the past..........
Blogit's policy has allways been  to let sleeping dogs lay.....but the issue was being re-run over an over again, and making it sound like it was a free speech issue over blog "posts" and not commenting behavior.   Those unaware of the time line, the progression of the "war",  began chiming in.......Blogit was being  "called out"....so they came out with the information.

There was a link posted by the person of interest somewhere that linked to another site where Blogit was being torn apart by someone who obviously didn't know what they were taking about......stating blogit was a scam.   Frankly, I'm surprised they held off as long as they did.......

I too, will be glad when all of this is over........
