You are RIGHT ON, texture!

I wholeheartedly agree with you! It's interesting that most of the replies I've received up until yours focussed on enjoying myself, no matter what. And that is most DEFINITEY sage advice (especially for someone like me)! Yet you also validated my feelings/beliefs that love and passion CAN be separate, because they indeed are very much so in my situation! I also believe a person can love more than one person -- as you said, even though it's against "the rules". You seem to understand my struggle with these issues very well, my dear.

And thanks for the heartfelt comments, my dear. I sure appreciate the time you took to read and write! Bless your heart ....

I may be drawing my own perspective into it, and as a journal you don't need or want it, but your words and thoughts meant something to me and my own situation. Love and Passion can be two different things. Do not feel guilt about that, it can not be helped at times. You can also love two people at the same time.Differently, perhaps, but with no less emotion. The "rules" say you can't, but then why do we have such need? I struggle with this end of it. If i was changing your meaning, don't mind me. :) But. you gave me beautiful food for thought. Great writing does that.:) Thank you.

I've been there too and remember the heartache and the joy, but that was a long time ago. At present I value solitude, because it gives me time to follow other things in life that inspire my passions. However, I've given up saying: 'Never, ever again!' because I can never ever tell who might suddenly come along. By the way, keep on writing about what you want to get off your chest!
