i will get a protest going against this woman. I have been so wound up in my own little world happenings over my mothers murder etc i didn't even know this bill had passed. THIS IS HORRID.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT POST-PARTUM DEPRESSION HERE

If you didn't notice the latter part of the bill.  We have had women kill four children under such influence.  Cases abound.

Instead of seeking the ultimate, as in typical murder cases, the bill wants to recognize the particular problem and address it, decriminalizing a woman whose mental state resembles being under the influence of drugs.

Post-partum depression is a recognized disease which physicians are attempting to treat and control.  It is a form of insanity.  I can understand the rationale for the bill.  I would suppose other states will soon follow suit.

Seems unreasonable to me that a legislature would pass such a law.
Especially in Texas where they believe so strongly in capital punishment.
