Yeah, well the thing is is that saving 60 to 80 percent off of your electricity bill every month, doesn't really rely on gas prices. Besides, we only have about 20 years of oil left, so I think the green "movement" might have to grow.

is that ya just don't know how long the "green movement" is going to be around. If gas goes up to 7 bucks a gallon, the rest of the country is liable to stick its middle finger out at the green movement.
