It's disgusting, I couldn't agree more. That's one of the reasonsn why I'm so reluctant to give to charity. The 'cause' receives next to nothing, if anything at all. Doing some good on a personal level is much, much better. I hope you'll get your Australia trip sorted. I have fond memories of Sydney which I visited for the sole purpose to see a production at the Opera. Which I did. Madame Butterfly, and, after three years, I can still weep with emotion, it was so great. Perhaps you'll have a chance to go too.

Hi there
I guess it's the same everywhere. Also in Belgium, a lot of the taxpayers money goest to causes or individuals who aren't actually worthy of it. For instance, we pay to keep lazy bumbs doing nothing and get paid for it... gives me the creeps!
