My hat of to you, Joe, for extending kudos where kudos are due. It has often been a bone of contention with me that some gifted writers are overlooked within this site for a variety of reasons but certainly the advice you gave is one such reason; that sometimes, at first glance, a post looks too long of a read. Subscribers to Blogit try to do two things – to write and to read and the latter requires a time commitment. Given your fine endorsement I will take the time to read Pat’s story but yes, smaller installments is what will develop a readership and in the case of fiction keep readers coming back for more. Great post!

I think she is a much better writer than she is a blogger. But, I'm very glad she blogs her writings. Very good post.

I compliment you on this great review of Pat B's talent and will go sometime today to read. Strange sometimes how we all treasure our time and yet miss the real treasures that are right there to find and enjoy.

Now, Joe, you've done it. Brought tears to my eyes.
What a kind and lovely thing to say. I'd say I'm sometimes interesting and once in a while my work can be compelling, but no way can I come up to your wonderful compliment. There are so many here who consistently write wonderful heartfelt things, not the least of which is your own humor that is always gentle and really funny... Thank you, Joe Love.
