It seems that all of my life I've been in a hurry until I finally retired at 67.  Even then, the habit of hurrying would catch me unaware (like getting a ticket for speeding when I really wasn't going anywhere important).  Even in my 70's now I have to watch my heavy foot on the road and I can't stand waiting for people who dawdle and are later than they planned to be.   Is it because I've always lived on the mainland?  Maybe if I lived in the Florida Keys I would learn to relax.
