I really empathize about the cigarette thingy my friend, I finally got hounded to quit after about 40 years of enjoying my smokes. They taxed us to death up here too, it was like a criminal offence to smoke........

Kinda sucks. Can't grow your own tobacco (they won't let you), can't quit, and they raise the prices. Pusher-men are always like that~

They've already raised the prices here in Bumfolk. After adding both state and federal taxes, the price of cigarettes went from $29 a carton to $45 a carton. Believe me--I sympathize with you!!!!

i wanna come
i want an invite to that party,,,, you know, its not the taxes so much,,,, it's the issue of being forced into something,,,of having the freedom of choice taken away. that's the whole issue with me,,, what i want to know is ,,,,, whoooooooooo, is gonna distribute that tax,,, how are they going to collect it just for the educational purpose,,,,etcetcetc,,,, i actually thought about sending in a resume,,, just to see if they would hire me for the job of counting all those packs of smokes,,,, collecting the money and personally handing it out to the schools,,,, of course, that would mean they would have to create new jobs in the towns for such a purpose,,,
