Do you think that poets are, on the whole, more religious than others?
Is it possible that religious people are more poetic?
Is something like that what you are trying to tell us?  LOL

Interesting chart there! Poetry and religion have been at the top for a while. Humor has lost a lot of ground!

Joe

Very interesting......but.......I LOVE YOUR GRAPH!!!!!!!  I cannot do anything beyond bolding and italicizing.....emoticons when I'm feeling artsy.  You, on the other hand, can do everything.....even a graph!!!!  How DO you do it?!

Graph Haiku

    Graphs tell the story

    In color wedges and bars

    And make your art smart

I am in the humor section, but write about spirituality, opinion, political. Wait a minute, this is about the top 100 blogs?... never mind!

Is it a right-brain dominated blogging field?

Even preoccupied as I am with my own concerns, I've noticed the
uptrend in poetic popularity here. But the graph nails it.

I'm glad it isn't all one color and as you pointed out, things change. Sort of like seasons I think.

It also is a..........
breakdown of who the people are that are members of Blogitville....since Blogit is portrayed as a writers marketplace...the membership would expectedly be skewed towards "related" categories.

For other categories to dominate would be an exceptional achievement......

I do agree with you, it is a bit stormy around here right now, emotions are running a bit high.

There was never any doubt that Poetry rules as the most popular category. This is a fascinating study. Thanks.
