When I went on vacations a few years ago I did. Haven't been on one in two years.

I'm surprised a two year old would be allowed into a hot tub. In Maryland the age must be 16. I would imagine though it varies from state to state.

I am in agreement w/ you (in general) re: the unsanitary nature of hot tubs. And, this is based on what my husband and I have done in them in the past.............eeeewwwww. But, if the chlorine/chemical levels are checked and adjusted on a regular basis, even getting "nasty" in (or in OUR case, AROUND) a hot tub should not render it unusable.........
