I'm sure every attorney wanting to make a quick buck will take up the cause. But how you'd prove one case of asthma is due to a pollutant specifically blamed for "global warming" and another, like my youngest grandson's (which he was born with) is not could be as difficult as proving "global warming" is real in the face of colder temperatures such as those that have plagued your part of the world for eight of the last 10 months (see http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/WriterofLight9282/602085).
Obviously, a negative cannot be proven. But a falsehood can be proven false, and that is what this blog - along with my occasional witty retorts on yours - is all about.

and others suffering from pollution related pulmonary diseases (actually I expect they won't be).
and regarding your question no. 2: all you have to do is read my blog on global warming to see that global warming will never be proven false.
