In Quebec we usually have a ham cook with pineapple and maple syrup. But this year I decided to have a nice roast of lamb cook with some garlic and rosemary and thyme and some fish for non-red-meat-eaters. And of course, we`ll have chocolate eggs and a chocolate mousse cake!
As for your article about Easter: great minds think alike: Have a look at my article on ezinearticles: How to celebrate Easter in Germany

We’re hiding some eggs for our granddaughters (who are having a “sleep-over” with us tonight). And as far as an Easter dinner…. We’re going out to our favourtie restaurant for duck. It also happens to be our anniversary….

Well my friend
Here it's lamb traditionally done on charcoal, coloured eggs, cheese pies and lots of booze... for me I will stick to the eggs and cheese pies since I don't eat meat! But we celebrate the orthodox Easter which is not until next weekend but we will get a good few days off..... Enjoy yours my dear Vogue; many blessings and thanks
