it would be nice if they are saving money on their expenses they pass it on to the consumer

Sounds like a nice day, Vogue.  I just finished a travel roundup of 25 "green" hotels, inns and B&B's for a regional magazine, so I'm always interested in those properties that are going eco-friendly.  I'm in the middle of cooking for a crowd, but must say that my chicken soup and matzaball soup is coming from a box this year!!  Mal
