ODD -- MR OBAMA REFLECTS THE PRINCIPLES OF OUR NATON'S FOUNDERS
and you criticise him.

Our strength as a nation is our multiculturalism -- our freedom -- any religion can be expressed.  any philosophy.

He is condemning your Christian tyranny.

Obama thinks he can hide the anti-arab thrust of his handlers! Methinks his teleprompter failed again!

If only you people understood what RELIGIOUS FREEDOM was.
But then again the conservatives here on Blogit have openly shown they do not understand freedom or respect in the least.  All they care about is being told they are right, no matter how wrong, misguided or out dated really are.

Sorry folks, while the majority of our population may be Christian, that does not mean we are a Christian nation.  That would not only go against the founding ideas of this country and the Bill of Rights, since that WOULD undeniable be setting a policy that says the USA favors people of a certain faith over all others.  While I very much understand that you MACs want to do all in your power to promote and encourage bullying tactics in order to push you beliefs and ideas on everyone who does not agree with you, that doe not make such tactics right nor constitutional.

What I find most telling however is that the attitude of you MACs is very much the same attitude as all those Muslims over in the Middle East.  You think just like they do in truth.  And you very much are upset with them for doing to their countries just what you wish to do with this country.  For some reason you MACS want to turn the USA into a Middle Eastern country where laws are based off of one set of religious beliefs and all those who do not share them are persecuted. The harsh manner some of you have treated me when I have tried to be polite and respectful just because I am an atheist, tells me all that I need to know.  I can actually go back and see that whenever I have had issue with a MAC here on Blogit, it has been because they have first gone and insulted, mocked, put em down or basically degraded me in some form first, all because I am unable to share their religious beliefs.  For all your unwarranted fear in regards to Obama, it is clear to me that the bigger danger of losing freedom, liberty and the nation as a whole comes from your side.

We are NOT a Christian nation and we can never be such as long as freedom hold any level of importance for this country.

Re: A snake is a snake is a snake!
Now wait a minute here, I would have to agree with Obama on this one. How else can you explain the United States of America electing him as president if it was 82% Christian?

A snake is a snake is a snake!
The Big 'O' doesn't quite get it yet. He thinks kissing up to radicals will make everything cool. He needs to read up on the side affects of kissing a rattle snake then maybe he can see the venom.

Corbin
He would probably argue that America is not a Christian nation because of the separation between church and state, just as Turkey, for roughly ninety years now (since Kemal Ataturk), has had a separation between mosque and state. However, in Turkey that separation is at risk...
