...but, like Cricket said, there's nothing they can do about it.
A doctor would only tape it to the toes beside it, and you can do that your self. Good luck!

Rest Ice Compression Elevation. Nothing the hospital or anyone can really do for broken toes, especially big ones. 800 milligrams of ibuprofen every 4 hours will help tremendously too. Good luck, ouch~~~

just soak it there isnt much a doc can do anyway, and take some Aleave

Cricket is right! Ice and elevation! Tape it to another toe until it is healed! It will be awhile so be patient! sam

OUCH !!! if it is broke they can't do anything for it. ( sorry to say)
My Mom broke her big toe once, and the Doc said they couldn't do any thing for a toe. Hopefully, it's just bruised. xoxoxo

I broke my big toe when I was 16, and I still remember how much it hurt. All they did was put tape on it and told me to be careful. It finally healed.

Ouch, ouch, ouch!
Keep some ice on it Symph, for 20 minutes, then off for 20, then back on. It's the swelling that is causing the pain.
