I see this a little differently, it seems, from other commenters.
I see the turning of the wheel, and how hard it is to escape from our feelings, thus from the wheel of physical experience. Beauty blooms and glows, withers and fades...  a natural cycle, inevitable and proper to the way of the universe... and yet we mourn.
