posting grief is a very good way to help to deal with it. Writing makes it
more real and one can then start to accept and begin the healing process. Doesn't matter how expected it is it is horrible and I am sorry. You just keep posting what you need to, we all understand.

Oh, my goodness, this is so tragic...
...especially for his wife and children.
My maternal grandmother died at 96, even though she was in good health and still had her wits about her. I truly believe that because of circumstances she wasn't happy with, she chose to no longer resist passing over.
I'm starting to believe that at an advanced age, a person can just "let go" and pass over.
You and your family have my deepest sympathies for such loss.
