Auslander, I started a new business at 45, then another one (completely different branch) at 55. This year I've joined associates and opened 3 more. Desire outweighs age. So does passion for our work...which I think is what really makes our life happy. And aged wine is the finest, isn't it?

I just had a birthday myself. In my case due to health reasons my career may be just about over. Starting over is not what I thought I would be doing at 45.
