Hey, Vogue - not sure how I missed this post.  So, how was the trip?  Did you get to sleep in London?  Good thing it wasn't today!  See you on the 28th, Mal

you are having the time of your life. I used to travel like that. No more
now I just endure it. Too much arthritis I'm afraid. Good luck and enjoy.(pack the clean undies in your carry on bag though)

I saw bits of a movie last night, involving this guy who was stuck at an airport and had to spend the night. It was completely deserted, and he started dismantling a couple of rows of chairs so that he could put them together to form a kind of bed...it seemed to work well...just a thought...

Dallas International is a huge airport! Just huge! I like the prospect of observing the airport for ten hours! I happily envy this opportunity! sam

What a novel idea. Why not utilize all of that space. I wonder how quiet it is? Have a good time!!

Having crossed the Atlantic any number of times, and then crossed Canada to the West, I appreciate what a lengthy journey it can be).   The Yohotel sounds like an interesting concept – too bad it was booked. I was surprised to read you’re leaving already because it feels like you only just returned there.  Anyway… safe travels (you might want to tuck a small pillow under your arm.  Sounds like it could come in handy on any one of the legs…. )

Why can't you get out of the airport for a few hours if you have to wait there for 10? The longest I spent in an airport was 6 hours I think (maybe more...can't remember all the details....). There were the worst 6 "interminable" hours of my life! This and the 14 I spent at childbirth...But that's another story!LOL
